The Kyoto Spring

This Japan-inspired “green-tini” is reminiscent of the vegetation in the ocean and is perfect to pair with seafood.

  • Honey-Matcha syrup
  • Lemon juice
  • Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • Belvedere Vodka
  • Cucumber ribbon and slice of candied ginger to garnish

Add your own: ice cubes

Method:

Add all ingredients (all except cucumber ribbon and candied ginger) into a coc tail shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice for 3–5 seconds. Add ice and shake 15–20 seconds or until properly diluted and chilled. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into coupe or cocktail glass, and garnish with cucumber ribbon and candied ginger on a cocktailstick. Enjoy!
