Green tea is traditionally known to induce mental clarity, cognitive function, physical activation and relaxation. Recently, a special green tea, matcha tea, is rapidly gaining popularity throughout the world and is frequently referred to as a mood and brain food. Matcha tea consumption leads to much higher intake of green tea phytochemicals compared to regular green tea. The phytochemical L-theanine alone improved relaxation, tension, and calmness. Additionally, green tea and therefore matcha, is very high in beneficial anti-oxidants. Additionally, ginger and honey are reported to have anti-inflammatory effects. By combining these ingredients we created the Kyoto Spring, helping you to get some calmness while improving your mental performances and boost your immune system.
